Kodiaq problem after problem

Hi guy's, 

I bought my first škoda and I chose the bear seven seater for the family, ambition 2L 150 DSG. 

nearly from the get go I've had problems. Screen would go blank when I was connected by USB 

Told škoda and they won't believe me saying that never happened before record the problem and show them, so I did. Škoda said its just a system update and nothing more. Problem is still on going so I brought it back and showed them a video I made of the screen doing its thing and Bluetooth not working, so they  replaced the screen. Screen is still going blank but I just unplug the phone and it works but now the car will not connect to android auto. 

At the same time the SOS has activated by itself. I've had three separate incidents where the SOS flashed up on the middle dash screen and once auto pilot parking flashed on the screen while driving but yet again škoda said nothing on the diagnostic report! 

Can't believe a new car can be this much trouble!!
