My 140hp diesel DSG runs rough after morning start. Started last summer and has not been worse now in winter. Runs bad first 500 meters with severe vibrations after starting the engine first time every morning. Feels like starting and drivning off in an old petrol engine without using the choke. 

No engine light or fault codes. Runs perfectly otherwise. 

Any ideas what could be wrong? 

To " @Koffen " - Hi.. What is the state of fuel filter?

The filter is recently changed whith no impact on the problem. (I suspected it myself so I changed it.)😀

I also checked the glowplugs and they all had normal resistance but I have not checked the very function of them.

But since I had the problem already in summer temperature I don´t think thats the problem.

How good are your injectors?

I don´t know. Could be some deposits giving problem perhaps. Engine har run 220000kms.

Might be worth having my friend taking them away and ultra clean them.

With that many km on them they're probably just worn. If you have access to diagnostics, have the injection quantity adjustment checked. Outside +/- 2.8 mg/str is Skoda's limit, Closer to zero is better.
