I have a question. 

 

Does L&K model comes as standard with adaptive cruise control, heated windscreen, heated front seats, double boot floor (or whatever its called)?

Adaptive cruise is not available on any version of the Superb 2 as it is not compatible with the electrical architecture. Beyond that spec can vary from country to country and even from year to year.

I was wondering why I cant see second lever on the left side of steering wheel even on L&K models  

Standard cruise control is fitted on most models - all controls for it are on the indicator lever.

You might have been looking at the Superb III. That has another lever and ACC, but some items have been droppe in L&K from SII to SIII as standard.
