Can't connect phone via Bluetooth

Featured Replies

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and was after help if possible. I just bought a Skoda superb 2011 elegance and I'm unable to connect my galaxy note 10 or my partner's galaxy s7 edge phone to the Bluetooth. Whe. I search ont he maxidot screen the phones came up, o connected and entered the 16 number passcode. It says connected on my phone but then disconnects again. I have tried maybe 30 times and no luck other than the one time it played my phone's music after the 10th try but wouldn't allow calls. My partner then tried to connect her s7 again and mine wouldn't connect again after that. I have unplugged the Bluetooth module and reconnected the cables. I forgot the Skoda on my phone's Bluetooth and tried again, I tried a factory reset on the cars settings but it isn't allowing it for some reason.

Please can someone help?

I have heard I can get a new module bit will have to have it recoded. Will this cost me a fortune to do?

Many thanks for your time,

Danny.
