No sound

Featured Replies

My motor has a Columbus /Sat Nav many of the TV stations have no sound, but a superb picture.

It's a 2014 L&K estate.

Any advice please.

Where are you based?

is the mute symbol displayed?

if so the signal is too weak. With digital tv you either get a picture or you dont, there is no good or bad anymore

if the signal is not strong enough you can get a picture and no sound and different channels will be received at differing strengths .

Yes the mute appears on most of the stations , but being in central Manchester I don't understand why I can't get sound on BBC or SKY news etc.

And on one station a running commentary is spoken over the station.

I will see if i can re create that on mine but clearly it is due to audio settings (on that station anyway)
