I have been given an OBD Eleven dongle and have downloaded the app , done a sweep of the system and detected no errors.

I wish to get more adventurous and try a couple of mods, if they are available on my car .

Would like to have confirmatory chirp when locking and unlocking 

Would like full instrument needle sweep when switching on.

I would be grateful if someone who knows about such things would point me in the direction of what I need to do to achieve 

these aims.

If you check the sticky posts at the top of the page there are lots in there depending on your year, standard equipment etc. Fairly simple to do, but make a copy of everything before you change anything, that way you can revert if necessary.

You need the pro pack download for long coding and the instructions are in the VCDS sticky at the top of the page but I believe alarm chirp isn’t there. It’s around on google. If I did the job right it’ll be on the OctaviavRSMK3OC owners club site.
