From the digging I've done so far, the best option I have for replacing the mph speedo with a metric one is probably to reflash a used one to match the existing unit, which leaves me researching tools that can read/write to the cluster EEPROM, hence the question. Since I'm looking at doing this for the Fabia we just bought for herself as well I'm open to investing in a tool that can do the job, and VCP has been on my wishlist for a while anyway.
