I need to replace my offside rear seat belt anchorage clip on my Skoda Octavia Scout 2008 as the plastic cover has broken making the clip open to pinching the hand/fingers when attaching seat belt. Does anyone know how to remove and replace this item as I cannot see any way to dismantle it.

If you mean the part I think you mean, it's not serviceable but needs replaced. It's held in place by one bolt in the floor under the rear seat bench (and maybe the carpet).
