I have a skoda 2000 but  I need to remover the door lock barrel.passanger side

 

We have taken off the inside door panel.

Do you just want a "door key" or a second "ignition key"? You just need an appropriate blade cut for a door key, but things are more complex if you need an actual ignition key, and hence the transponder for the immobiliser function.

Thanks  so much for the reply,

in the meatime we seemed to have managed to get the door lock barrel off, and a mechanic will see if he can get an ignition key .

yes I do  need an ignition key,from that, as the ignition key is also the door key.

you will have problems with the felly immobilizer i can gurantee you that

No problem; my point was that any locksmith, and most shoe repairers, could make you a new blade that would open the doors, but making an ignition key is more complex because of the transponder.
