Hi all. We've just picked up a tasty 67 plate Fabia 1.0 SE in Corrida Red. Very nice - and looks lovely in the drive next to our 19 plate Karoq 1.5 SE in Candy White. 

 

I noticed that the Fabia fuel filler flap looks like it has a slot for an ice scraper in it, just like the Karoq (although there isn't one there). I assumed it was just missing, so I tried the one from the Karoq - but that's too big!

 

Should the Fabia have an ice scraper and if so, would I be right to think it's a different, slightly smaller part from the Karoq one?

Mine came with an ice scraper, I would assume there is supposed to be one there but the previous owner may have lost it.  If the one from the karoq doesnt fit, theres a good chance that the fabia one is smaller.  You might be able to find one on ebay, if not the skoda parts centre will probably have them available

Our 19 plate Colour Edition came with the ice scraper. It's a lime green / luminous yellow colour.

Try your main dealer first otherwise it's here on ebay
