Does anyone know of the led headlight unit will work on my car without any problems?  Could I buy a pair of units and just direct swop for mine?

Is your Octavia a Facelift one? - if not the LED headlight won't physically fit.

I wouldnt bother with LED light retro fit. You will run into canbus issues and may actually damage the canbus sytem. If you dont have xenons, I would fit some uprated halaogen bulbs and save yourself the hassle. You would also need to fit self leveling sensor and all other bits to make it work correctly.

No. They won’t fit and the feasibility of a xenon upgrade is questionable unless you the correct BCM and it’s nowhere near a simple plug and play job.
