Why not try unplugging the stereo?

Boot lamp on full time?

If it's aftermarket stereo then someone has probably screwed up on the install, just pull the lead from the back to check, if the stereo is the standard fit then it's unlikely to be that unless something is piggybacking on the same feed. Pull a few relevant (lighting) fuses overnight and see if its any better, if not then pull a few other fuses to try and trace the parasitic drain a few fuses at a time.

Some times the wiring loom on the radio has a connector to swap the ignition feed and constant live... I had this issue with my MK 1 Fabia and a Pioneer head unit, I think it was the yellow and the red wire but don't quote me, this was years ago!!!

@Soamesy - Well, that sounds correct except that I don't know the colours of the permanent and switched lives to the stereo.
