2003/4 Front electric windows and central locking

My daughters Fabia has got damp in the interior while SORN.  The electric windows won't stay up now and the central locking is in a state of constant clicking.

Tried the fix with the front car lock to reset windows but does not work.

Can I take the fuses out so the windows don't work and the central locking is disconnected?    If so which fuse is it?

Should I take the door panel off to help it dry out?  

Afraid your dealing with a car novice here - I am good at bandaging legs but not car electrics!
