memory seats not working with key when opening drivers door

Featured Replies

I have just taken delivery of a new 2020 superb SEL with memory driver seat. Problem is that when you unlock with a different key the seat and mirrors do not change to that key setting .

The seat memory works ONLY when you physically press the seat button 1, 2 or 3, but it just wont reset the seat automatically on opening the door like my previous 2017 SEL did.

Keys have been assigned to different people with different dash and radio settings etc. which it acknowledges.

Is there a chance this function has been switched off or not activated and I need to go to dealer?

Any suggestions please?

Everything is written in the manual. Read it first :)

It's in the infotainment somewhere.

I had to turn it off because I can't set new seat settings. Well, it bongs, but doesn't take new settings. Everytime I put the key in my seat moved to somewhere I didn't like it.

Our Superb comes up with a choice of driver on start up in the MFD. Changing the driver name, changes the seat setting, radio and phone
