It may need 6 mm spacers. Additionally, tyres will be more 'rounded'...

I run 18” pictoris octavia Vrs alloys with 235 winters on but with a 15mm spacers. I run the standard 19” rims with 12mm spacers anyway

Can be good for NVH.

More compliant side-wall.

yes, both have the same PCD, but different offsets, as pointed out by @Bap33

Noise, Vibration and Harshness.

You could always use slightly narrower tyres

But the sidewall height value should be then modified consequently, to keep the same overall diameter.

According to ETRTO, 235/40R19 tyres need at least 8J rims so won't officially fit the narrower Octavia's 7.5J rims. However, ETRTO does allow the fitment of 245/45R19 tyres on 7.5J rims, so 235/40R19 tyres on 7.5J rims wouldn't be an extreme fit. There's no need to fit spacers. ET51 instead of ET44 is only a 7mm difference in offset. Together with the 0.5" narrower 7.5J rims, you can park 13.35mm closer to the kerb before scrapping the edge of the rims...and because the sidewalls will bulge out a bit more you should be able to feel the tyre sidewalls touching the kerb before the rims. Looks like a win, win situation...if you don't mind breaking ETRTO's rules.
