Warranty and AA cover?

Featured Replies

My car had a 2 year unlimited / 3 yr 60k warranty from new. It also had AA cover included.

I have had it 2yrs and 2 months and it has done 108,000 miles so is now out of warranty. Question is; do I still have AA cover for the remainder of the 3 years or does it cease when the warranty expires?

Need to know whether to get breakdown cover or not.....

I always thought the 3 Year AA cover was seperate to the warranty of the car.

A quick phone call to the dealers maybe?

Thats a really good question :S

Does your book have a skoda assist manual in it, I would think that this is for the whole three years as when i got it transfered i was told it is on the car, but I don't know for sure.

I'll have a look tonight - that'll teach me, RTFM before asking daft questions :D

i was thinking the same thing as mine runs out in July... then i remembered i have free AA cover with my Lloyds TSB Select account.

i knew there was a reason they charge me £4 a month...

From SkodaUK's FAQs:

Does Skoda offer any roadside assistance?

Vehicles supplied by SkodaAuto UK are provided with three-years Skoda Assistance operated by the AA. Vehicles imported via other sources do not have this cover.
