I need to remove the driver’s side rear door card to change the lock and I can’t find any instructions for the Roomster, has anyone come across any instructions or has some tips?

If you have manual rear windows, the spacer between where the window winder abuts the door card needs to be popped either up towards the top part of the handle or away from it - i cannot remember. Then it pulls off.

 

The grab handle (usually silver coloured) needs to be pulled forward and away to reveal access to some recessed torx fixings, one quite deep and I think there is a couple of torx screws at the bottom of the door card by the door storage bin. Once all of these are off you need to run something around the door card where it meets the door, something like a plastic tyre lever if you don't have trim removal tool. Then working from the bottom and up around the sides pull away from the door body, remembering to pull it up and away slightly as you get to where the door card meets the window.

 

When this is done, reach around the back and unclip the door latch, this will have a toothed clip at the end of the cable - usually quite brittle so be careful. Then apart from unplugging electric window switch if you have those it should come away ok.
