Featured Replies

Hi All,

Best place to purchase number plates online with no need to send documents and also be able to order a spare rear for the bike rack!!!

Thanks

Statement or question?

The exclamation marks suggest the former in which case you forgot to add the link to the place you recommend.

Question

No idea on getting on-line as easy to pop into a Motor Factor that makes up plates and just looks at the V5 and ID i take along.

@silver1011

Has it changed now and the name / trade mark & postcode of the Plate Supplier is no longer required on the plates?

@silver1011

I read it there and elsewhere which is why i understood the 3 bottom lines in your post to apply and wondered about your post which prompted me to ask the question.

I should have been clearer in my earlier post, I prefer plates with just the minimum requirements on them.

I don't want Halfords or Wilko on the bottom of my plates.

When I ordered the BS number, name and postcode from Demon Plates are all printed in transparent text, very discreet.

I ordered one off eBay and all I wanted was the registration and no makers name for the front of the S2. It was a plastic one to replace the delaminated factory one. It was not classed as street legal. Nothing about what they made or what I asked for was illegal spacing etc. No documents needed to be provided.
