Columbus update woes...

Has anyone attempted a Columbus update recently?  I have tried two SD cards and a USB and I get the error that someone else mentions on here.  Has anyone any advice as to how I get it done?

It says error no data available.

 

i can see that the card/usb has the files I downloaded from the portal and I have formatted the devices.

Are you on a Mac?

Thanks everyone.  I think I have MIB2.5 and don’t have an original SD card - I bought it used.  I will have a look at the additional file idea and see if I can get that to work.

I bought the car used and have no Skoda SD card...sorry for the confusion
