As requested in the welcome post I'll introduce myself.

I'm from Germany, learned car mechatronic (that's what they call mechanics nowadays over here) at a VW and Audi dealership and am now changing careers into engineering.

 

I was lead here because of my girlfriend. She just bought a Skoda Scala and noticed that the armrest is not adjustable (quite a stupid choice by Skoda if you ask me).

Googling that problem lead me here (though without a solution), so I made one and wanted to share it.

Hopefully that can be a welcome surprise to some people.

As to discovering your own solution to an issue, that's why forum exist.

So share your info cus who knows, maybe someone will have that exact same issue further down the line and your post will be "the answer" for them. 😃
