When my vehicle is locked and I open the drivers door with the remote it does not also open the passengers front door and the passenger's doors.

 

Is there a setting that I can change whereby all the doors unlock together?       Thanks for any advice offered.

On a Facelift Octavia 3, under Car menu -> settings-> opening and closing there is an option to change central locking from single door to vehicle side or all doors.

 

With your setup now, a second press of the unlock on the key fob will unlock all the doors.

I have now enabled all the doors to open when I press the remote unlock button which is what I want.   

This is very easy to do when you know how!   I have owned the car for three years and I am still

learning the basic settings.  O' for the simplicity of a 1957 Volkswagen Beatle which I owned fifty

four years ago!
