So sometimes when I start my car, the Bluetooth connection never establishes and at the same time the sat nag wont work... to rectify this i have to turn the car off get out lock it and then get back in and it may work... sometimes still doesnt. 

 

Really p*sses me off, Its under warranty so I’m guessing i should take it in, but as its intermittent I know it wont happen on the day and they’ll send me on my way without doing anything, so does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reset the system myself... or what the issue may be?

Have you tried doing a reset on it. Just hold the power button down till it resets and see if that works. 

You could try and record the issue on another phone?

 

Otherwise, try checking the MIB firmware thread as there might be an update for your headunit

I didn’t realise you could do a reset - will try this to see if it happens again after

Thanks, yeah I will try to capture it next time on video at least with some evidence the dealers cant brush me away so easily!
