Have a Karoq 1.5 SEL with “skinny” spare and Varioflex seats. I am looking for full boot protection that will work with the rear seats folded up and if possible with them removed.  

I am currently using two tarps that are not really satisfactory, something ‘fitted’ would be better.

My problem is there are too many variables. Does the small spare count as a raised floor or is that only for the full size spare? Does varioflex count as a split rear seat?  What works when the seats are not just folded down but folded up? How about when the rear seats are removed?

As you can see from above giving a “simple” answer such as “Google” doesn't work, that’s why I am asking here.  

Has anyone got a similar car with similar seats and also boot protection, if so what and how well does it work?

Titan Covers at https://www.titancovers.co.uk/skoda-karoq-raised-floor-with-varioflex-backseats-2017-onwards-custom-boot-liner/ make various boot covers for differing spec Karoqs. They seem expensive to me, but I don't have a dog to transport, and may meet your needs.

 

I think I remember threads on this forum talking about them, but can't find it t present.

I use a dog cover, similar to this https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B078JGJ97D/ref=dp_prsubs_1,  but in reverse as our dog has now gone over the rainbow bridge.

You can order it in a length which would cover the maximum width and length you need, then cut it to the exact shape of the Karoq boot with the seats folded down or removed, and just roll up the relevant end when the seats are up.

For the boot area I cut some ribbed rubber matting to fit:

There was ample over to make some mats for the drivers and passenger carpets as they seem of rather poor quality and wear quickly

 

It took a while with a sharp knife and scissors but looks quite neat.
