Skoda superb AFS 02988 fault

Featured Replies

So I have this fault, my headlights do “dance” at startup but there are no afs function because of some travel mode. Today I visited skoda service and they disabled it , but again my headlights are ‘fixed’. Here is the fault on diagnostics.

Turn off travel mode either via the maxidot or the AFS master adaption channel.

Master adaptation channel is a diagnostic function. You'll need VCDS or similar to do it. Travel mode should be in the maxidot settings menu though.

Seriously i’ve checked everything in maxidot , i dont have that option :(

Not all countries get the option in the maxidot.

VCDS or a dealer said be able to change the adaption channel.

My car is originally from Finland and  my dad imported it to Bosnia and Herzegovina ( yugoslavia) . Today i went to skoda dealer and they said that they fixed problem with it but it seems they did not :( how they can’t fix it via odis (angry)
