So these were driving me crazy, barely a year on them and rusted pretty bad (Pagid).

 

Wheel off.

Sand with wire brush and drill, very quick and effective.

Paint on anti rust, dry for 15 mins.

Spray.

Clean and de-tar inside wheel.

Copper grease hub.

Refit wheel.

Beer!
