When I remove the filler cap on my 1.5 dsg I get the classic hiss as air rushes into the tank.

This is the my first car ever (in my 50+ years of motoring) that does it. It's not had any effect on the way the car drives, even after 300+ mile between fills. 

Anyone else had this?

It's quite normal and I get it more often in warmer weather.
