yeti rear doors don't get power

Featured Replies

Hi all,

After searching the forum I couldn't find an answer to my problem.

My skoda yeti 2012 have a problem with both back doors, they stop receiving power (no 12V in the wires).

All fuses are ok checked with multimeater and also visual inspection.

So no power windows and doors won't lock/unlock from remote.

Also I have the open door light always on.

Its not a wire loom problem at least not in the driver door or the back doors (checked 3 out of 5), the power wire(12v) is going under the carper from the back door and I don't know where should I check more.

This problem started after I changed my car battery to a new one.

Thanks for all your help

Have you inadvertently pressed the safety switch on the door panel for the electric windows?

The switch is not pressed.

And its the whole door not getting power not just the windows.

The cable that enter to the rear doors from the car don't have power in it (no 12V)

A scan with VCDS perhaps?

Problem solved.

After checking voltage in the fuse box I saw that the 30A door fuse didn't get any power.

The problem was in the main fuse box in the engine compartment.

For some reason the 50A fuse wasn't connected properly and didn't deliver power to the rear doors and probably to some other system that I didn't use, but I think maybe the airbag sensor/system also.

After cleaning and re-connecting him again every was back to normal.

Thx for all of you help

by the way when scanning with VCDS I got an error with my main door computer, but the computer is totally fine and working without any problem.
