Parking sensors problems & ECM location

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

My name is Cristian and i`m the unlucky owner of a Superb II, 2008, 2.0 TDI.

I have 8 parking sensors and park assist.

I say unlucky because i can`t seem to get over a parking sensors problem that`s more annoying than serious.

A while ago, i started to get these intermittent errors when putting the car in reverse. They go away after a second sometimes, but 80% of the times it`s there to stay.

Ran a VCDS check and it said that front mid-left sensor was the first one to fail and then all of them failed, so i replaced that one and i still get it - even though it`s not that often anymore.

I`ve been thinking of replacing the control module, but i turned the internet upside down and still couldn`t find its location.

Is there anyone here that knows where the little devil is or how can i get to it?

Many thanks in advance and nice to meet you all!

Cristian
