Amundsen infotainment upgrade

Hello everyone ! 
 

I opened this new post because I didn’t find any answer on my case in all the others on this subject.

the infotainment systems all seem a little different, and so do the changes everyone wants... I am therefore not yet confident with the information I find. 
 

so, here is my infotainment ref : (it’s in a skoda Octavia Combi 2015 Ambition)

I have the nav but not with the biggest screen. 
 

My upgrade goal is to add CarPlay, and change screen to a bigger. (either the large one or the one with the touch buttons) (View the 2 pics) 

necessarily the price is taken into account.
 

can you tell me what is possible?  what options do i have to achieve my goal?
