Bolero Screen unresponsive and brightness/contrast issues

Featured Replies

My first post in the Fabia forum since moving from a Citigo!

I have 2017 Fabia which I've owned since new, but over the last year or so I've noticed that brightness and contrast on the screen start to get worse.

I've had the issue for a couple of years now with the screen being unresponsive in the cold, but I'm wondering whether the two are linked given that it's been mentioned that the unresponsive screen could be linked to condensation.

My question is, if I purchase a new screen will I need a code or will it just be plug and play as I'm not changing the head unit.

Alternatively, has anyone fitted an aftermarket unit into the car and how did that go?
