ACC acceleration

Featured Replies

Is it possible to adjust the acceleration for acc?

Want to stop it trying to break the landspeed record and accelerate a bit smoother

Haven't tried this in Karoq yet, but in my Golf the different driving modes controlled this. So in Eco mode it took off gently, and in Sport mode it was faster. If you use the Individual mode, this would then let you choose what you wanted. Do you have that option??

On my 2015 Octavia Elegance under the Individual driving mode you can select the ACC acceleration mode, I've gone for the most gentle option which seems about right.

I'll have a look at the driving mode menu, but don't recall anything.

Try individual mode, you can change all the settings individually(!) there.

Seems to have done the trick, thanks.

If only I could edit GTE mode as well

Set everything else in Individual as they would be in Sport mode, then you have Sport mode but without the excessive ACC acceleration :thumbup:

Because the GTE is a hybrid, it has its own mode.

Is actually more economic and charges better when driving around, its just the ACC that bugs me

@gadgetman

Maybe mention of a Hybrid in the title or the OP would have been clearer on what was being asked about rather than ACC in general.
