2030 Ban for new cars/vans run on just petrol/diesel

PHEV need to be plugged in to gain the benefits, otherwise it's worse than Toyota hybirds from 1999 due to extra weight of battery. 20 years, very little progress from the legacy car industry.

(with Skoda Superb PHEV)

To be honest, with the requirement to plug in everyday to get any reasonable economy....... I personally think it makes more sense just get a pure EV.

'Harry's Farm'  should be having a few Wind turbines erected and get on with part of the farm as a Solar Park, that will bring more dosh into it, it does for others and the South should be producing more electricity.

The building his vehicles in with the correct construction could host a lot of solar panels on the roof.

Not sure the rather low number of 1.5 million is correct on what actual Classics are stashed around the UK and not on the DVLA database or any Historic Register.

There are cars / bikes / tractors etc 'missing in action' and exported that re-appear down the line.

The Low Emission Zone Exemption is taking the p!th and probably something that Peers of the Realm made sure is staying.

There are maybe 40 million vehicles registered in the UK but certainly nothing near that actually getting used at any one time.

A figure that matters quite a lot is the number of vehicles being scrapped in the UK annually.

What is coming ashore at St Fergus shown on the map in Purple is North Sea Oil with gas to move it along to Grangemouth.

Also gas to the dirty Peterhead Power Station.

Harry is an expert and enthusiast and loves his driving and cars but to be real he lives and drives around where he lives lots and there is a 60mph NSL, and in the rest of the UK and great driving roads and a VW UP GTI can be fun and so can a e-UP be when the NSL applies on the corners.
