Brake pad sensor loom plug.

Featured Replies

Hello, I have looked through the posts but can’t come up with an answer.
2009 octavia Vrs front brake pad sensor plug on the car loom side has disintegrated. Does anybody know what the part number is for  a replacement plug/connector? Top picture is the damaged plug

bottom picture is the plug on the pad side.

You'll find a part number somewhere on the damaged connector body if you look closely. Might need a magnifying glass or take a good photo and put it on a big screen.

Hi jenson10,

I have exactly the same problem, I don't suppose you found the answer?

I would be very grateful 👍

I've always just scrounged another plug off the front of back of any scrap VAG car. I see you're in Derby, so Loom's in Spondon will have something.

Looms!

Great idea, why hadn't I thought of that 😁
