Guys anyone knows the code of this nice accessory?  Already present on VW for a few years and introduced in Skoda on the kodiaq and now on superb my 2019?

 I'm talking about that chrome ring that wraps around the internal handles.

 Do you know if it can be mounted later?

I looked everywhere - no luck finding it.

So I improvised with a flexible Chrome trim/strip from AliExpress.

I'm happy with it.

hello and thanks for the advice.  But I wanted to ask you something: how did you manage to insert the chromed profile?  have you removed the door?  I tried but it doesn't fit.  can you help me?

i used the plastic tool they provided, and wedged it in-between.

i didn't remove any part of the door.

 

with the corners/turns - make small slits along the black rubber bit, so it allows the chrome to stay bent.  otherwise it will keep trying to straighten, and hence flex out of the groove/gap.

It's a long list of things I've done to Gandalf!!!

 

I'll put a thread together, one day.

 

However most of the things I do is subtle & no one will notice anything different unless I point it out, or when compared side by side to another Superb.
