Hi all, 

 

I ordered some parts from superskoda in November and they seem to have been delivered to some random place in Germany and signed for. 

 

Parcel force have confirmed that they never reached the UK  leg of the delivery route yet Superskoda still haven't refunded or replaced the parts.... 

 

Has anyone else had any issues with them? Are they on here?

Some people have massive issues with SuperSkoda, might be worth trying to contact them?

 

Not that it helps, but I made an order on Nov 22nd and it arrived on Nov 26th, well packed and exactly what I'd ordered.

Surprising, I've made approximately half a dozen of orders on Superskoda. I've recieved them all.

Last one was for 'black friday', it was delivered few days later.

Sorry for what happens to you. Same suggestion as @langers2k, just try contact them and check the delivery address on your order and what they have in their system.

I've contacted them many times. They have the right address but say their couriers "delivered it".. Well they did, to somewhere in Germany! They even asked me to supply evidence to show the signature wasn't mine, even though the parcel never reached the UK. I have contacted them many times since but no refund so far. Getting fed up now.

Thank you very much for the information. It seems to me an excessively expensive store, for what they sell, if they also do this now ... I will never buy. Good luck although I see it complicated.

If you paid by Paypal just raise a dispute through them, present your side of the facts and await Superskoda's response to it?

 

I've ordered a couple of things from them, one quite large and heavy item and both arrived in New Zealand delivered with no issues

I would second going down the paypal route, assuming that is how you paid. I ordered from them once, the order was marked as dispatched but it seems they never actually handed it over to the courier.

Emails went unanswered for several weeks until I threatened to raise a dispute via paypal and lo and behold, they refunded me in full the next day.

So, you may not even need to actually raise a dispute, just threaten it.

I'll raise a case today as they've now emailed me back but are still making me wait until the courier confirms the goods as "lost". 

 

Not my problem. No goods = refund

I had a problem with a messenger company in Spain with a return of a 65 "TV and 1200 euros from Amazon, nobody knew where it was for 3 weeks, I went to the police to file a complaint and a month later I received an email Amazon that had reached them but the courier company still had it lost ...

 

At this time they are usually overworked and packages tend to be lost but then, almost always, they end up arriving.

 

The least Superskoda should do is talk to the courier company and talk to the customer, with you, to try to find a solution.

Insist, I have never bought nor will I buy at Superskoda, due to the high prices and now, due to the poor customer service.

I bought a rear bumper guard for my VRS last year never arrived numerous e mails and no response to phone calls either 

 

I tried to order to the UK, but they're not currently shipping anything that isn't a pretty small item to the UK, seems there's some kinds of issues with customs, presumably post-brexit related

I imagine from this and other posts they are either not registered in the YK for VAT or don’t want the shipping costs...

 

When you say large was it cost or size related?

3 weeks ago I ordered front and rear mud flaps for my Octavia. They arrived 10 days after the order was placed. So no problem for me from Superskoda.

By way of follow up: I eventually got my money back, months after the items were clearly shown as having been delivered somewhere in Germany. Had to file a PayPal claim to force the issue so wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole now. Terrible attitude 

I've had loads of things from SuperSkoda over the years with no problems. 

Ordered some things last month, got a reply from email to say, GLS are having problems with customs, that must be their end. 🤔 

 

Understandable. My issues were well before 31st Dec though
