Hi everyone can you guys please tell me if your Fabias have a live feed to the cigarette lighter (do you need to have the ignition on to make the cigarette lighter work)? 

 

My 68 plate is permanently live,I use it for my dashcam and leave it on when I'm parked up in dodgy places.

Ditto for my 2016 mk3. It is live all the time and I use it for my dashcam so that when I park away from home I am able to leave it recording. 

My Fabia battery is charging via a Ctek charger from this lighter port.

My Focus would not do this without the ignition on.
