Engine light comes on every day after 4 recent updates car running great but light goes out and then comes back on again .2020 superb with 5000 mls on the clock.

 

at last found the problem faulty glow plug still cant beleive only 5000 on the clock 

Be careful with getting the glowplug changed at a Skoda dealer. 

 

One went on my old Leon and took it to Seat (also a Skoda dealership and workshop) and they butchered getting them out snapping the heads on most of them then just fobbing me off and telling me that they couldn't get them out. Had to take it somewhere else and they needed to get someone in to drill the things out, something that should have cost a couple of hundred quid ended up costing me about 800 because Seat weren't willing to admit they had no experience with the issue.
