Hi all,

 

I've ordered a Kodiaq SE L which is due to arrive in July.. I'm wondering what my options are for watching movies in the car?  I currently have a 2018 superb sportline with 9.2 Columbus, which has the DVD player and SD card slots X2.  I believe the new Amundsen 8" doesn't have anything physical to add storage.. is it just a case of using my phone (android) or using a usb stick via some sort of usb-c adapter. 

 

The dvd has been a godsend while sitting in hospital carparks over the last week with two of my kids..

I use sometimes USB flash stick.

Thanks,  Where does it plug into?  I thought it was just USB-C ports now?

It has both type A and C connectors.

 

Edit. Took a quick look into usr manual and surprisingly Skoda headunits do not support mkv container anymore. So you have to rip your movies for example to mp4
