Indeed. My point was that Skoda and lease companies appear to have different information. 

 

Obviously you would think the manufacturer would have the correct info. 

You would when I rang Skoda Customer Service couldn’t or wouldn’t confirm or deny which was right which is why I now have a case number and they are looking in to it. But you are right in what you say.

So unfortunately it was apparently an error on the website and the Skoda Octavia MK4 does not come with LED lights in the rear does.  So for my inconvenience

they gave me a £150 voucher to use at Skoda so I ordered full set of all weather mats and a boot liner. They did offer me a free service but doesn't benefit me as its a company car.

So I’ve had the opposite, it went into the garage for the LEDs and the heated screen to be fitted. The garage had it all day only to report that both parts were the same as fitted so they didn’t fit them.
Skoda customer services are still telling me that both can be fitted. Absolute joke. 

It is a Joke I do like the car but the support system is leaving a bad taste but to be honest I had the same when I had an Audi and a VW service was crap.
