Just a quick question about the alarm on the Fabia vRS.............

The manual seems to be worded that the car has an internal sensor within the car........ I've had a look around inside and can't seem to see anything. Does the vRS have an internal motion sensor or not??? And if so where is it???

i think its in the interior light ,little vent area , although not sure , and if i'm wrong someone with greater knowledge should correct me

I understand you car turn it off by locking with the key fob and pressing the "Lock" button twice..

I was told by my local Skoda dealer that the vRS detects internal movement by a microwave sensor and it is fitted down by the handbrake area. Not sure if thats the truth but that is what he said.

I thought that the little vent on the interior light housing was for installing a microphone for certain hands free carphone systems.

There is a post on it on page 217 under the title "what's that above yer heed?"
