Would you like to refresh your memory? Did you forgot what and mainly how you were writing few years back? How many orthographic errors plus huge space among the sentences without a reason?

There are some dozen post more but i do not have time to deal with this further.

As for the record: I have said and i will keep this till my death that i am writing in purpose based on Greek grammar and syntax (by the way Gramamr and Syntax are Greek based words, not from your country)

So for us is the Sisi, the Trump, the Bush, the Biden, the Kamala, the Carla, the Queen, the Macron etc.

Who said that? Here in Greece we have hot cliamate too and the Skoda mechanics which had Felicia some years ego suggest 80-85C and even 75-80C thermo-switch I have use all the scales from 70

  • @Agalalh You mentioned you don't want the radiator fun to run almost all the time. A lower temperature thermo-switch will keep the fan working often. It is not economical to use the rad

The temperature radiator fan switches have scales at 5 °C Which thermo switch says on that is for 88C only? Take a look some Mahle:   https://www.euspares.co.uk/manufacturer/mahle-

In your first post you say the fan starts when the coolant is at 94°C.  How are you measuring that temperature, and where in the system are you measuring it?

I'm not sure about the details on a Felicia with your engine, but often the engine coolant temperature (as displayed by the gauge) is measured close to the engine head. The radiator thermoswitch is often close to where the coolant exits the radiator. It is understandable and desirable if there is a temperature difference between these positions. If there were not, your radiator would be doing a poor job.

Very good point but how we can measure water in rad

It would help to borrow an infrared digital thermometer (gun type) to assess the temperature before and after the radiator.

Yes, that's one way to confirm whether the thermoswitch is behaving as it should.

I wonder why Egypt doesn't import thermostats from Turkey. Turkey is a huge market for car parts.

because we import from abroad.
(vernet and "vika")

The biggest reason for this is the VW Group's lack of investment.
No domestic production

Well, quality is questionable I shall say, and getting worse than vernet parts in a hot(ter) country is a recipe for head gasket.

Parts of brands such as "Renault, Toyota, Hyundai, Honda, Fiat" are produced as equivalent products in Turkey.

And good quality production is done.

Directly you can't, indirectly you can

Pay attention to the radiator switch because he commands the fan, too low scale and the radiator will work continuously, too high scale and the fan will start at 92 or 94 'C

Here is an example from my car in the past:

No works at it should be.

This is an English forum, read the rules. Political feuds and extremist nationalist views are forbidden too. English has its proper grammar, spelling, orthography, and syntax. You should thank me for showing you how to write proper English, but instead you still have flaming outbursts. I suggest a moderator point him a good anger management course because it was always been obvious he has anger issues "in purpose" "till his death".

@RicardoM : You are always preaching here when you are always the first which break the rules.

I have met guys like you back in the late 80's when i was in the Army and now after 27 years ''On Duty" i know which is the proper way to deal with them.

If you don't like mine posts just don't provoke me or put my name on your Enemy list and that's it, End of story.

I have made some corrections and my problem solved, now i have 82-84 'C before the radiator, so what's your next step?

By the way have you ever tried coolant additives?

If you can't handle critics, it is your problem. I can't accept any misinformation or blatant lie passing as truth. You have serious anger issues.

If you do not like me put my nickname on your list of enemies and finish the whole matter, I did not ask you for friendship or an opinion about my character.  You have destroyed a lot of threads here with your chatter and ironic posts.  So let us deal with the problem of Agalalh!  This is what we are interested in here ok now?

@Agalalh : what's your next step? Did you change any parts?

You guys love each other I see.

i think the thermostat was hanged i hade change switch on the way twice
first one 82/68 fan non stop

thecond 88/79 fan non stop

and the TEP was 90 ~ 92

what kind of coolant additives

@Agalalh

Don't waste your money on coolant additives. It is all marketing.

Have a new radiator, fresh mixed coolant (50-50%) and no thermostat if you can't find a 80°C one.

Er, the substances sold as antifreeze / "summer coolant", be they glycol or OAT based, are all additives, specifically "water wetters". I'll agree the 50/50 mix ratio as long as you agree to stop misusing words in what is a second language to both your primary respondent and yourself.

It is common knowledge that coolant additives are different from what is called anti-freeze. Nobody asks for antifreeze saying "I would like to buy 3 liters of coolant additive."

The original poster was informed what is a coolant additive. I know what is a coolant additive. Everybody is happy. Except a couple of persons.

last notes

While driving at a speed of less than 100 km/h The fan runs and disconnects regularly

But at high speeds, the temperature rises and stays at 90 degrees, while the fan continues to work without stopping

Note that I am currently using a thermostat 88 degrees and a thermostat switch 79 / 88

I bet if you get a new rad all is gonna be good
