Headlight,indicator,side light and fog light not working on driverside and driverside rear indicator

Is this a fuse or relay

Fuse diagram in booklet is wrong 

Check fuses first. With a multimeter if you can.  Fuse diagram is correct but a mirror of the layout. So row will be correct.  Position number will be reverse of what you are looking at in the manual, if looking front on, at the fuse board, in RHD car.  So, for example 3rd from right, will be 3rd from left.
