Interior lights have stopped working

As above.  Also my dash lights, Columbus & maxi-dot screen go to their dimmest setting when ignition is on.

Anyone got any ideas as to the possible issue.  Already checked the fuse 

Scan for error codes for a start. Preferably with something that specialises in VAG diagnosis (e.g. VCDS/OBD Eleven/Carista).

Have you checked your menu settings, any exterior lights on at same time as ignition, checked your Driver's Handbook for info?

 

There’s a button on the roof that can turn all interior (roof) lights on or off. Another poster got caught out recently with it, thinking their lights were broken when they were just disabled. Obviously check this and other settings first.

I have the same problem, interior and boot lights stopped working, and dashboard goes to loewst setting dimming lights when ignition is on, I had led lights in boot and when I was trying to turn on the lights and the engine was on, it was showing as I would actually open the boot. i have put the stock lights in boot and now that is not showing anymore, but the lights still don't work and the dashboard does the same, the only error I get is

I have same issue as you on my 2016 superb ..did you repair it ? Was it BCM?  

Unfortunately yes. It was the bcm. 

It needed replacing and recoding around 900 pounds
