Does anyone know what exhaust is on this VRS, Milltek, Powerflow etc, it sounds really nice, also is the Dump Valve a Baileys/Forge

Its the JBS demo octavia which is running a garrett big turbo upgrade so the sound may be different to a standard octy with aftermarket exhaust/DV and as for spec then JBS are the ones to ask although i think it had a miltek on it but it may have changed since the turbo was fited

Bigger turbo, bigger bore downpipe, cat and cat back system will all change the sound.

Of course a CAI will also add to that.
