Searched through manual but can't work out what the "1" in the circle to the right of the time is on the attached photo of the Infotainment display.  Likewise no idea what the symbol immediately to the left of the time is?   Grateful for any help.   Thanks. 

I believe the symbol to the left of the time is “wireless phone charging”. Greyed out means not active, mine shows that all the time and doesn’t have wireless charging.  
My guess for the number 1 at the right of the time is that it is using “device 1” for for Bluetooth functions, but it is just a guess !

It is the number of notifications. It proberally says "internet radio not available" as no WiFi signal. From the home screen swift to the left a few times to be able to select them.

Perchede is correct. just drop the main screen down, then you will see notification screen and you can remove them
