Laura voice commands

Featured Replies

I had Laura voice commands before, gratis for first year. After that it was deactivated. One month later i paid for this package where voice commands is included. So in Skoda shop in car there is notification that infotainment package is activated, but when i press voice command button, it is loading. This info you have when voice commands is not activated.

Any solution?

I dont have a time to go to the service this days....

There are two services available - Infotainment Online and Care Connect Remote Access.

I can’t remember which one the Laura service is in, or if it needs both (one for the voice service, and one for the connection maybe).

Have a check in the online Škoda Connect portal.

When I check it in infotainment panel, it is enabled so i think this licence sholud be enough. On other hand i made hotspot via mobile phone and result id the same.

Care connect is access via phone for lock/unlock, light/horn and fuel consumption.

At skoda portat there is no clear info. When you look at manual there is only explanation about licence and what you neex to do for activation.

Ah OK, a shame that didn’t solve it though.

Another thought. Did you get an email confirming the service activation? From memory, it took a few days for mine to come through.

Can’t think of anything else. Hope you can get it fixed…

I'd call it Sonia... It gets Sonia nerves!

Taxi...

Correct. It doesn't work when system is set to Slovenian language for example. But works when set to English.

that is what i think. it worked before where system language was croatian. later on i will try it again to put on english, i think there is two different options for this, system and infotainment language. i try to change it yesterday while i was in traffic jam.

i find mail now but there is no  link for any confirmation. also when you go to skoda connect online, licence is active.

interesting - I didn't renew either of the subscription options when they ran out back in December as I couldn't see the point, and coincidentally I tried using Laura this morning and it still functions on my car.

Well, when I say it functions I mean it activates but it still didn't do what I asked it (whole different can of worms)!

Haha, i want that bug.

Anyway, today it start working after i change system language to english. It is stupid because Laura sholud work at its default language if other is not selected.
