To DSG or not DSG, that is the question

Featured Replies

Skoda 1.0 & 1.5 TSI FWD cars 150 ps or less and no more than 250 Nm are DQ200's.  (Except with the Kodiaq or 1.5 TSI Hybrids)

Wet Clutch DSG's were and are 40,000 miles in Europe and other World regions other than DQ381,s that are now 80,000

Audi had the S-Tronic at 38,000 miles even though the same boxes.

Wet Clutch DSG's have never had a no oil change or filter change guidelines or schedule if they have one in the UK or anyplace.

Can you please clarify, was there a scheduled service for wet clutch Dsg in the uk or Europe?

Thanks root toot for the service interval information 👍👍

Yes, wet clutch DSG have service schedule

But is irrelevant to this Fabia thread, as all Fabia are fitted with dry clutch DSG
