2011 Octavia rs Small Oil leak near turbo

Decided to service my Octavia rs last week and found this small leak coming from this bolt near the turbo.

Looking for advice on what it could be and what I'd need to replace.

 

I wiped it away and it slowly started to form, after 30 minutes it still hasn't dropped so it is a very, very slow leak.

 

Also included a pic as this car is so good looking!
