Tyres for RS...

That is what they do often.  HINT and get local news coverage then get caught themselves over the speed limit with no excuse.   Chief Constables are as unreliable as public busses, and get changed regularly.

I don't want a 4x4 thanks.    I can make do with my current car on winter tyre's. Which has proven to be better than a 4x4 on a couple of occasions, dealing with snow and ice with aplomb.

Just an update.

Took the car to Guildford tyres and found that the tracking was out on it, but also the rear tyres were shot, after advice I had two new tyres (call me mad 2x Michelin Pilot Sport4) and the tracking corrected and it has sorted it out.

Cost £280 instead of £433.

So thanks very much for your help and advice regarding the tracking and tyres. Most appreciated. 🙂

Any improvement in driving feel or not yet had a chance to give it a proper go?

Took it for a trip down to Liphook and back to Send before giving it a quick chase up to Newlands Corner and Abinger Hammer and it does seem to be a lot quieter and because the tyres on the back are new not pushing it anywhere near what I would, however it has improved from what it was.
