HI, As the title suggests, I'm replacing my exhaust for a Cobra Cat-back resonated Sports exhaust and would also like to replace the Catalytic converter & Downpipe as I'm uncovering some pretty shoddy work on the car and the parts look worse for wear.

I've been told they're fine but I'm the type of person to just replace the entire system for peace of mind.

I can't seem to find a good place to buy one of these systems? any advice is greatly appreciated

The downpipe and cat is in one and the only place I could find one was Skoda dealer and it's not cheap £1.250 +vat

Blimey, you could have a replacement part made using a free flowing sports cat for half that price.

Agree on this , try Tony banks in Leeds or if you are down south you can try DKU performance in Birmingham and get a sports cat and Downpipe I would also get the middle silencer removed as it’s pointless and just there to make the engine super quiet so you can’t hear it in the cabin as VW like to do that for some reason. 😂🤣
